The ChemSource/Hexnet Digital Marketing team is looking for talented beginning digital marketers who already have some SEO experience and a fierce ambition to join a fast growing team.

You should have a passion for the internet and an eagerness to learn, grow quickly and develop world class skills in areas such as SEO, digital marketing and data analysis. This role is suitable for someone with advanced Excel skills and a basic understanding of SEO who is looking to grow their knowledge and ability within the sector. You will learn advanced technical SEO on some of the biggest brands in the chemical industry.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing, Crawling and digesting clients’ websites.
• Learning SEO and technical digital marketing skills.
• Working on exciting brands, from Fortune 500s to innovative startups.
• Monitoring client rankings, metrics and ROI.
• Gaining invaluable client facing experience.
• Working with huge amounts of data, proprietary tools and techniques.
• Learning technical SEO skills on enterprise accounts.
• Working as part of a global team.

Basic Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in SEO.
• An obvious passion for the internet, learning and an entrepreneurial nature.
• Technical understanding of web technologies and any experience in running a website is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaigns, and strategies. Career/internship digital marketing experience not required, but preferred.
• Voracious appetite for learning - about digital technology, new markets, online business strategy.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking or experience.

Bonus points:

• Advanced Excel / Data manipulation Skills and experience.
• Understanding of search engines (in particular Google) with knowledge of search operators, algorithmic updates and basic analytics.
